Whimsical Wednesday: Cozy

It's getting that time of year when the leaves are falling from the trees, the air has a delicious crispness, and the scent of wood smoke fills the air. Winter is just around the corner, and a nice evening in front of a cozy fire with a good book, and a cup of hot chocolate is something I long for. Sadly, both of the fireplaces in our little yellow cottage were covered over by a previous owner. That is the only thing I miss about our old apartment, it had a fireplace. Even though I can't enjoy the comforting warmth and glow of a pleasant fire, or perhaps because I can't, I was inspired to do my Whimsical Wednesday post based on a cozy evening by the fireside. So, grab a good book, a lovely cup of hot chocolate, and snuggle under a cozy blanket while you enjoy the crackle and pop of a warm glowing fire.
